Keshav is currently working as an Analyst in the Investments Team at JSW Ventures, contributing to thesis building, due diligence, and deal sourcing.

Previously, he worked in the Founder’s Office at Foxtale, refining the company’s long-term and short-term strategies, managing key resources, and investor relations. His role required him to build undertapped channels from 0 to 1, establish processes, handle urgent issues, and challenge the status quo with innovative and first-principle thinking.

Prior to Foxtale, he worked at D.E. Shaw, a $70 billion hedge fund, supporting over 10 trading strategy desks across three continents in making critical investment decisions ranging up to $1 billion. As part of his regular duties, he analyzed business and industry trends, competitive landscapes, management teams, M&A activities, quarterly earnings, and product launches of target investments.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Hindu College, University of Delhi. He endeavours to be solution-oriented, navigating unstructured problems through critical analysis, project management, and creative thinking.
